Limitless Festival is a 5-day event not to BE missed 3-7 August 2024

Limitless Festival is a national youth event which has developed a reputation for excellence, passion and inspiration.

Limitless Festival is located at Stafford Showground, Stafford.

We’d love you to come and join us to showcase your organisation and connect with an anticipated audience of 5,000 young people, young adults and youth leaders who will be camping for 5 days on-site.

The exhibition will be located in its own venue close to cafes, catering vans and the main venue allowing maximum potential for high levels of footfall and connectivity.

2024 Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Exhibition Stand Sizes & Rates:

Standard: 3 x 2m - £680
Large: 6 x 2m - £840

Multiple plots can be booked if you need more space.

Charity Discounts:

With the provision of a registered charity number, we can offer a 40% discount on exhibition stand space.

Please note that your application is an offer from you, to Limitless, to participate in Limitless Festival 2024. We are entitled to accept or decline this offer if we cannot accommodate you or if we feel that your organisation / planned activities are not suited to the event or do not fit with our values. In either situation, we will inform you and the decision of Limitless is final.

Event Programme Advertising:

Full Page: £260
Half Page: £180

The programme is A5 in size and will be available from our website for download, pushed on our social media channels and in print for the delegates at the event.

All artwork is to be in Print ready PDF or EPS file format with a a 3mm bleed.

Artwork deadline is Wednesday 1 May 2024 at 00:01.

What’s included in my booking?

2x passes to the event (more are available to purchase)
1x 13 amp electricity socket (upon request)
On-site camping space (upon request)

No food, drinks, camping equipment etc. is included.
No exhibition equipment i.e. Stand, signage, tables or chairs, is included.

Catering

Catering can be purchased for your team at £50 per person for the week.
This will be in the team catering area and include 3 meals a day.

Set-Up

Access is on Friday 2 August (Festival Day 0) from 15:00. Vehicles are allowed on site from Friday 2 August | Festival Day 0 at 15:00, then must be in main car park by Friday 2 August | Festival Day 0 at 18:30. No vehicles are allowed on site on Saturday 3 August | Festival Day 1. Due to delegate arrival day and heavy pedestrian use around the venue.
All stands must be ready by Saturday 3 August (Festival Day 1) by 12:30.

Pack Down

Stands may not be dismantled before Wednesday 7 August (Day 5) at 23:00.
Vehicles can be moved to exhibition car park on Wednesday 7 August / Festival Day 5 from 19:15 to 20:45 (during main celebration meeting). Then they can move again from 23:59.

Wi-Fi

The showground has free Wi-Fi. We cannot guarantee the speed, coverage, connectivity or reliability of this. If an internet connection is essential for your exhibition display, we would suggest exploring other options.

Accommodation

Camping is included, upon request, with your booking.
Various B&B’s and hotels are available in and around Stafford. Check Visit Stafford for some suggestions.

Payment

Once we have approved your application, we will send you an invoice. This is payable within 28 days. All spaces must be paid in full before the event. Failure to pay in full before the event may lead to the cancellation of your booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card.

All applications must be submitted by Wednesday 26 June 2024 00:01.
